Shipping policy
The Travelling Merchants ships from Edmonton, Alberta. We ship within Canada only.
Shipping options and rates
- Standard mail (no tracking): $2.49, free on orders of $40 or more. Usually 5 to 8 business days.
- Tracked parcel: $20.00, free on orders of $150 or more. Usually 3 to 5 business days.
- Local pickup in Edmonton: free.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Processing time
Orders are usually packed and mailed within 2 business days. You will get an email when your order ships.
Local pickup in Edmonton
Local pickup is available in Edmonton only. Choose it at checkout and we will email you within 2 business days to arrange a time and a public meeting place in Edmonton. We do not have a walk-in storefront. If a pickup cannot be arranged within 14 days of your order, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Tracking and lost mail
Standard mail has no tracking and is sent at the buyer's risk. We cannot refund or replace an order sent by standard mail that does not arrive. For valuable cards, please choose tracked parcel.
If a tracked parcel has not been delivered 15 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier, then replace or refund the order.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we will fix it if the order has not shipped.
